Velvera Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Fit Guarantee

We want you to love how you look and feel in your Velvera shapewear.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange or refund policy from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must remain intact and unremoved.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: For sanitary reasons, worn shapewear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, contact us at support@velvera.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  3. The reason for your return

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and the return address for your package.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider — then reach out to us at support@velvera.com.


Exchanges

We happily replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.
To request an exchange, email us at support@velvera.com with your order number and exchange details.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Worn shapewear or undergarments

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Final sale items


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
